What was built
A production commerce system connecting a 16,000+ item, specification-heavy catalog with product discovery, promotional merchandising, detailed product content, cart and checkout, and a comprehensive operational CMS.
The challenge
Turning a complex catalog into a clear buying journey
Hai Linh serves customers across a broad catalog of tiles, sanitary equipment, household products, and construction materials. The platform needed to make a large range of brands, sizes, specifications, promotions, and showroom-led services understandable online—without reducing the experience to a simple brochure site.
The solution
Commerce built around real customer decisions
VinhWeb created a structured ecommerce experience around how customers actually shop: prominent categories, brand and size pathways, searchable product data, specification-rich product pages, promotional pricing, selectable cross-sell recommendations, product cards embedded directly inside editorial posts, and a two-step cart and checkout flow. Behind it, a purpose-built CMS handles catalog operations, bulk import and export, editorial publishing, page composition, promotions, redirects, media, orders, users, and permissions.

Commerce flow

The live flow keeps product, price, quantity, and customer information visible at each step.

Business value
A complete digital commerce foundation
The result is a production platform that lets Hai Linh present a complex catalog clearly, support customers from research through order intent, and connect digital commerce with its consultation and showroom model. Contextual products inside buying guides turn editorial research into direct product discovery, while cross-sell recommendations help customers add the installation materials needed for a more complete purchase. The CMS gives internal teams direct control over a five-figure catalog, content placements, campaigns, pricing, and promotions—providing an owned foundation that can expand without treating every operational update as a development task.
