Code Customization: You are free to modify, customize, add features, and redesign the interface to suit your specific requirements.
Restrictions: While you have full rights for your own projects, you ARE NOT PERMITTED to resell, redistribute, or share the original source code files provided by VinhWeb on marketplaces, forums, or other websites as a competing template product.

2. Payment and Delivery

As our products and services involve digital assets and technical delivery:

Orders and service requests are processed automatically or via manual agreement as soon as payment is confirmed.
Download links or project deliverables will be available in your account page and sent to your registered email.
You are responsible for securing your account and deliverables. VinhWeb is not responsible if your account is compromised, leading to unauthorized access by third parties.

3. Technical Support Policy

We are committed to supporting you throughout the project lifecycle:

Support Scope: VinhWeb provides answers to inquiries, basic installation guidance, and fixes for bugs arising from the original code provided by our team.
Outside Scope: We decline free support for errors caused by incorrect custom modifications, conflicts resulting from third-party library installations, or issues related to your personal server/VPS configuration. (If you need assistance with these issues, you may refer to our paid technical services).

4. Version Updates

Clients are entitled to updates (including security patches, library upgrades, or minor feature enhancements) free of charge. Updates will be notified via email or displayed directly in your order management section on our website.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and custom development services, VinhWeb applies a No Refund policy. A 100% refund will only be considered in the rare case that the product contains a critical technical defect from our side that our team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe. Changes of mind or insufficient programming skills are not accepted as reasons for a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

VinhWeb provides source code and services on an "as is" basis. We are not legally liable for any indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, or security issues arising during the deployment of code into production or business operations. You are responsible for testing, securing your servers, and performing data backups for your own projects.

7. Changes to Terms

VinhWeb reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms of Service at any time to align with our business model. Changes take effect immediately upon being updated on vinhweb.com. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
